LiquiTec Mark 7 Prep Rails

LiquiTec is available on all 18 RC (reduced height self contained prep rail), 18RR (reduced height remote prep rail), 18BC (standard height self contained prep rail), and 18BR (standard height remote prep rail) rail units in any length required. Add the item #135 LiquiTec option to any of the above model numbers and the standard mechanically cooled system will be replaced with the LiquiTec option.

18RC72 72" Long Reduced Rail Unit
135C (3) 12 x 20 LiquiTec Openings
Results - a 72" Reduced Rail unit with (3) 12 x 20 opening accommodating (18) 1/6 size pans.

LiquiTec Rails

LiquiTec Rails with NSF-7 patented Eutectic Fluid technology allows the food product in the pans to be flush with the top of the counter. Rail liners are made of 22-gauge stainless steel and foamed with two part polyurethane foam. LiquiTec rails are only available in 12 x 20 openings without drains. A minimum of 1.50" of foam surrounds the entire Eutectic Fluid cavity.

Exterior Rail Top

Exterior rail top is made of 16-gauge stainless steel and is sloped front to back 1.50". Stainless steel hinged removable night covers are provided as standard. An 18-gauge stainless steel sub-body surrounds the rail liner creating a cavity for the Eutectic Fluid technology. The Eutectic Fluid provides 1000% more coverage on the interior rail liner than conventional mechanically cooled system. Temperatures of 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C) are maintained at 86°F (30°C) ambient room temperature.
