See what you missed at Pizza Expo

Live demonstrations of pizzas, gourmet sandwiches, and more were highlighted at the Manitowoc Foodservice exhibit at the International Pizza Expo March 2-4 in Las Vegas at Booth #1049. Lincoln conveyor ovens, including the Synergized Fusion which utilizes infrared heat to produce perfectly toasted sandwiches, chicken nuggets, pretzels, tortillas and a wide variety of appetizers and the Impinger II with FastBake™ which produced whole pizzas in five minutes.
Merrychef demonstrated its high-speed 402S oven, which combines convection heat with impinged air and controlled microwaves to deliver high quality food at speeds up to 15 times faster than standard ovens.  The Merrychef 402S produces single and multi-topping pizzas at accelerated speeds, as well as gourmet sandwiches.
