The grand prize includes a 3 month (October 2008-January 2009) paid sabbatical at the Bocuse d’Or Culinary Training Center in Yountville, CA adjacent to Thomas Keller’s restaurant, The French Laundry. During the training period, the team will work on their dishes with Coach Roland Henin, mentor of Thomas Keller.
