Garland High Efficiency Broiler

hebroilerWhen challenged by a major chain to develop a broiler that saved energy, lowered product waste and improved throughput, Garland’s innovative product engineers developed the new Energy Efficient Broiler. By sustaining a consistent temperature across the entire surface, product consistency is achieved, alongside energy savings of up to 20%. Initial field tests also indicate throughput increases of 35% or more.

The Garland HE Broiler received the Kitchen Innovations 2008 Award presented by the National Restaurant Association Restaurant Hotel-Motel Show for its unique features continuous sparking to ensure constant flame and has no standing pilots that need to be shut down or restarted, or temperatures needing to be re-established. With the HE Broiler, gas is turned off electrically and when relit, is turned on to the same pre-set temperatures across the burners.
