To our valued customers, channel partners and suppliers:

Manitowoc Foodservice is happy to announce the creation of a new, customer-focused, high performance sales and marketing organization that will be closer to our end-users and channel partners than ever before.  In launching our new organization, there are a few key elements we wish to highlight:

  • Our approach is simple and direct:  Our general market and strategic account sales teams will support our customers with information and application assistance about any of our products.    Our specialized sales team supporting commercial distribution and our bottler customers remain focused on these key markets.
  • For our US general market team, we have created smaller, more manageable market territories for our sales leaders, assuring that they spend more time with channel partners, consultants, our independent sales reps, and operators in every segment.   We have better aligned our sales teams in Latin America for better customer support.
  • We have refined and improved the process through which we support global and national accounts.  A dedicated team of account professionals is being deployed to support national chain operators in the restaurant, c-store and other key markets. 
  • We are continuing our strong focus on service and development of an industry-leading service organization with a leadership team for the Americas and additional support within our operating companies.
  • Our field sales teams will be supported by strengthened levels of factory expertise, including product, application and technical support.  We have enhanced our focus on product management to accelerate the development of new products and services.  Business development teams of highly-experienced, proven product and application experts at each of our brands will support our customers and channel partners.
  • Our central marketing communications team will provide support across the organization and into the marketplace, improving the flow of information to our customers and markets and helping customers to identify, select and find the appropriate purchasing channel for our products.
  • Our center-based culinary experts will be available to support menu development with our customers, food testing on our products, and cross-training to our culinary network.  They will also demonstrate for our channel partners and operators how to achieve the best cooking results with a wide variety of foods using the industry’s largest portfolio of accelerated cooking products.
  • Our High Performance Kitchen team will work with all of our brands, dedicated to helping operators gain access to the latest technologies and effectively creating the kitchens of the future.
