Revolutionize your foodservice program 

For 25 years, Lincoln has been producing conveyor ovens that utilize air impingement technology, revolutionizing the way in which foods have been cooked. Convenience store operators are able to produce high quality foods in a minimal amount of cook time. Lincoln’s CTI digital countertop impinger puts large oven capacity almost anywhere it’s needed; small enough to fit on most commercial countertops, but large enough to replace a half-sized convection oven or up to five microwave ovens.

  • New push-button digital control panel gives operators the ability to quickly and easily set conveyor direction, speed, and temperature
  • Four pre-set menu options provide a simple-to-operate end-user experience with consistent results
  • Can reverse the conveyor motor (right to left / left to right) from the control panel allowing easy placement within different kitchen environments. Conveyor speeds adjustable from 30 seconds to 15 minutes of cook time
  • Oven temperatures adjustable from 90º F (32º C) to 600º F (315º C).
  • The CTI can be stacked up to two-high. In most applications ventilation is not required
