In our last update from the 2009 The NAFEM Show we want to further explore the philosophy of Kitchenology. As we discussed on day one, the greatest strength of Manitowoc Foodservice is its acumen at orchestrating the intersection of people, equipment and food. This intersection and, more important, the end result for operators, are the foundations to the Kitchenology philosophy.
