For the sixth year in a row; Manitowoc Foodservice was recognized by the National Restaurant Association with three Kitchen Innovation awards for: Manitowoc® Beverage Systems TRUfill™ beverage dispensing system, Merrychef eikon series oven and Multiplex® Blend-in-cup (BIC).
Cleveland Range: Mini 10.10 Combi
The mini-combi offers the same features operators worldwide have come to appreciate in the larger unit. These include the “Advanced Closed System” which automatically maintains humidity levels based on the type of food being prepared and a “Crisp & Tasty” feature that preserves moisture inside foods while producing crispier, uniformly-browned exteriors. NEW Jackson: CREW™ Conveyor Dishmachines

NEW Manitowoc Ice: Nugget and Flaker Ice Machines
Manitowoc’s newly redesigned SN countertop nugget and water dispensers are designed to deliver the largest daily ice production levels and storage capacities within the smallest footprint, while providing the highest quality of soft, chewable, nugget-type ice.
Manitowoc’s flake ice machines provide the best water ice ratio, preventing the ice flakes from clinging to the items they cool. The self-contained and undercounter units make a smaller, finer grained ice, while the larger modular ice machines make a mix of smaller and larger chunks for a slower melt.
Merco: Hot holding units

NEW RDI Systems
RDI refrigeration units have been redesigned to offer improved performance and serviceability. Improvements include heavy gauge metal housing to minimize shipping and handling damage, epoxy coated wire guard for easy viewing of components and improved air flow, easily accessible electrical panel, and five piece housing disassembles for flat storage of panels.
