October 29th, 2009

Mt. Pleasant, MI. – Oct. 29, 2009 – When a foodservice consultant or dealer recommends a product to an operator, they place their reputation on the line. They also trust that the manufacturer of the product will be supportive long after the sale. As for the operator, they need to feel that the equipment they purchased will meet their needs and ultimately the needs of their customers. Getting things right for everyone is no small feat. Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine (FE&S) has conducted their annual Best in Class survey and the results are in. Foodservice equipment manufacturers that consistently outperform others in their category have been recognized with the prestigious Overall Best in Class Award.

Delfield has been named the 2009 Overall Best in Class winner in the Chef Counters, Prefab category. FE&S conducted the study by analyzing over 1,000 surveys completed by their subscribers. Survey participants identified operator satisfaction, quality of products, service, support, and responsiveness by the companies as the most important factors for Best in Class ratings.
