Refrigeration Offers New Communication Capabilities
Covington, TN- Delfield has added enhanced communication capabilities to its recently introduced Specification Line Series of reach-in and roll-in refrigerators, freezers and hot food hold cabinets.
A new communications module replaces the standard digital thermometer. This new module, working in conjunction with the solid state, electronic control found standard on the unit, displays temperature as well as providing alarms for instances of high or low cabinet temperatures and for supply voltage issues. This new module also provides for service diagnostics assistance.
"Delfield's new communication capabilities will help the foodservice operator maintain an efficient, cost effective operation," states Bill Keske, Vice President of Marketing for Delfield.
A new, optional NAFEM Protocol Communications module is also now available for those operators who wish to monitor equipment performance through a remote computer. If ordered, this optional device is installed on the equipment at the time of manufacture. All sensors are connected at the equipment. Proper connection to the remote computer is all that is required of the operator.
