Each well, flush with the top, for flush mount pans to accommodate 12" x 20" (30.5cm x 50.8cm) pans 4" (7.6cm) or 6" (15.2cm) deep supplied by others. Product temperatures of 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C) are maintained at 86°F (30°C) ambient room temperature, meeting NSF 7 requirements.
- Sides : Sides and bottom: are insulated with high-density closed-cell polyurethane. Exterior housing is 22-gauge galvanized steel.
- Refrigeration : Refrigeration: system uses HFC-404A refrigerant. Eutectic fluid is used as the heat transfer medium. Condensing unit is suspended below the cold pan on a 16-gauge steel frame. Temperature control has an OFF position to shut down the cold pan. Unit is supplied with expansion valve. A stainless steel louver is provided for field installation; cutout dimension is 11" x 22" (27.94cm x 55.88cm). - Interior Cabinet : 22-gauge stainless steel construction, sealed joints and seams provide the ACR-26S with a strong and durable interior. Corners are rounded for ease of cleaning and conforms to NSF standards. Interior air ducts on the left, right and top provide proper air flow to the cabinet. The interior is designed for use with 18" x 26" (46cm x 58cm) trays on adjustable slides spaced 3.75" (9.5cm) apart. Interior panels and brackets are removable for easy cleaning.
- Air Curtain : When the door is open, Delfield's patented air curtain design directs cold air across the cabinet opening, keeping hot air out and cold air in for extended periods of time. The unit will maintain a maximum of 45°F box temperature at 70°F ambient with the door open and all trays fully behind the air curtain, during peak production times, quickly returning to a normal 36°F. With the door closed, a maximum 40°F at 100°F ambient is maintained (normal operation) while running only 15% in an 85° room.
- Refrigeration : The base of the cabinet houses the condensing unit. Louvered front and rear panels provide ventilation, as well as easy access for cleaning and servicing the condensing unit and electrical wiring. The refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant. Compressor is 1/2 horsepower (120v-60c-1ph).

- APPLIES TO DIS-ET EVEN TEMP HEATED DISPENSERS ONLY: : Dish dispenser shall have a 22-gauge stainless steel outer jacket. Unit shall be supplied with 4'0" (0.9m) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Electrical connections shall be 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase. The tube shall have its own convection heating module consisting of a single 400 watt heating element and fan motor, located in the center of the interior bottom cavity. Air intake shall have a filter. The tube shall have an adjustable thermostat inside the motor housing and an ON/OFF switch on one of the dish guide posts. Unit requires a minimum of 1" (2.54cm) clearance at bottom for air circulation. Unit shall maintain temperature between 120°F - 140°F (49°C - 60°C).

Self-Contained Refrigerated Base Equipment Stands
- Refrigerated Base : Refrigerated base interior back and bottom is constructed of 22-gauge 2BF stainless steel. Exterior sides are constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel. Bottom and back are made of 22 gauge galvanized steel. Both left and right interior sides are formed of ABS plastic. The base is injected with 2.00" of high density polyurethane foam between the exterior and interior. Refrigerated base fronts are made of .095" thick ABS thermoformed plastic and backed up by ridged polyurethane water blown injection molded frames. The frames are an excellent thermo-break and superior structural material for fastening doors and drawers. Exterior machine compartment side is constructed of 18-gauge galvanized steel.
- Bracket : Single units are supplied with wall-mounted bracket and threaded rod to allow installation of the unit against a solid surface. Units shipped, as part of a line-up do not come standard with a wall mounted bracket assembly.
- Drawer System : Full Extension Plus drawer system is a complete drawer system, which can operate independent of the unit itÂÂ’s installed in. Drawer system is sized to hold 12 x 20 x 4 “ deep hotel pans and smaller fractional pans. Drawer system is all stainless steel construction for maximum durability. Outer drawer track is made of 11-gauge stainless and held in place with 12-gauge up-right and cross supports. Drawer track rollers are made of Delrin™ 100 NC-10 and do not require grease for operation. Intermediate tracks are removable without tools and house DelfieldÂÂ’s “anti-friction binary roller system". Drawer boxes are designed with “easy pan grip flanges". Tracks are designed with a stay shut feature that holds the drawer gasket tight to the base front on uneven floors. Exterior drawer fronts are made of 22- gauge stainless steel; and an interior made of ABS plastic with formed in channels to house the snap-in dart style santoprene gasket. A 12-gauge galvanized brace is foamed in place to be an integral part of the drawer front assembly. Each drawer front is injected with 1.87" of high density polyurethane foam between the exterior and interior. Handles are recessed black plastic and held in with a positive lock system.

Self contained milk coolers with air curtain
- Interior : shall be 22 gauge stainless steel. Cabinet shall be fully insulated with 2" (5.1cm) of high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane. Milk crates shall be self-locating in the interior with the use of divider assemblies. Divider assemblies shall be 16-gauge stainless steel. Unit shall have (2) 20-gauge stainless steel louvers, which shall be centered left to right on the front and rear of the equipment. A 0.75" (1.9cm) diameter valve shall be located at the bottom of the equipment, centered left to right, 4.75" (12.1cm) from the rear wall.
- Refrigeration System : shall use HFC-134a refrigerant. Refrigerant flow shall be controlled by an expansion valve. Cabinet shall maintain 36°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C) interior cabinet temperature at 100°F (38°C) ambient room temperature with lids closed for storage. Properly chilled food product shall maintain 40°F (4°C) for up to 2 hours when lids are open.
- Electrical Connections : shall be 115 volt, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit shall have an 8ÂÂÂ (2.4cm) long electrical cord and NEMA 5-15 P plug installed at the rear, 14" (30.5cm) from the left end, 6" (15.2cm) above floor.

Product temperatures of 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C) are maintained at 86°F (30°C) ambient room temperature, meeting NSF7 requirements. The cold pan is separated from the exterior top by a thermal break. Copper refrigeration tubing is attached to the sides of every well. Eutectic fluid is used as the heat transfer medium. Cold pan is fully insulated with foamed in place polyurethane insulation.
