Description

LiquiTec® Cold Pans with Eutectic Fluid technology
LiquiTec® Cold Pans with Eutectic Fluid technology allows food pans to be flush with top of counter. Cold pan meets NSF standard 7; and can be dropped into Delfield Mark 7, Shelleyglas® or Shelleysteel™ counters or existing counters.
Refrigeration System
Refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Eutectic fluid is used as the heat transfer medium. Condensing unit is suspended below the cold pan on a steel frame. Electronic temperature control is supplied with an ON/OFF switch.
Flush mounted 12″ x 20″ individual stainless steel wells
Standard with 1/2″ stainless steel drains with manifold.
Electrical System
Electrical system is 115V/60Hz/1Ph with NEMA 5-15P plug. Units have a toggle ON/OFF switch. Standard with 8′ long cord and plug.
Stainless Steel Louver
A stainless steel louver is provided for field installation on the front of the cabinet, 4″ below top of counter; cutout dimension for each is 12″ x 23.5″ (30.5cm x 59.7cm). A second opening 11″ x 22″ (28cm x 56cm) at the rear of the cabinet should be provided at installation to allow for proper air circulation.

DSLRRT1-S Roll-Thru

Refrigeration system: All components are mounted to the top cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone and are assembled as one piece and can be removed as one piece. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used. System has the capability of maintaining between 36˚F and 38˚F in heavy use food service operations. Utilizing a variable speed compressor, the system provides maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Control system uses adaptive defrost to assure evaporator coil is free of ice and operating at optimum efficiency. Evaporator condensate is eliminated using an energy efficient hot gas system.

Units are completely insulated with high density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
