Description

Electrical Connections
Electrical connections are 115 volts, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit has a 8′ (2.4m) long cord and plug.
Casters
Casters: Unit is mounted on 5″ (13cm) diameter casters; overall height of casters is 6.13″ (16cm).
Exterior Top
Exterior top is one-piece, 22-gauge stainless steel with integral 2.12” (5.4cm) square nosing on the front.
Exterior back and bottom
Exterior back and bottom are two-piece 24-gauge galvanized steel. Exterior ends are stainless steel.
Base Interior
Base Interior has 22-gauge stainless steel back and bottom. Base interior ends and door frames are thermoformed ABS plastic. Base is insulated with 1.5″ (3.8cm) high density foamed in place polyurethane. End of base has a machine compartment, standard on right, with condensing unit installed.
Refrigeration Systems
Cabinet has a blower coil assembly with expansion valve located behind door mullion. Base is equipped with independently controlled thermostat, solenoid valve and condensate evaporator. On/off switch for unit is located on panel above louver. Refrigeration system in the base will maintain 36°F (2°C) to 40°F (4°C).

Drawers
Drawers have a 22-gauge stainless steel exterior with thermoformed ABS plastic interior liner. Drawer frames are 12-gauge stainless steel. Drawer slides are 11-gauge stainless steel with Delrin bearings. 19″ drawers hold one full size 12″ x 20″ pan, 4″-6″ (10.1cm – 15.2cm) deep, each 27″ drawer holds two full size 12″ x 20″ pan, 4″-6″ (10.1cm – 15.2cm) deep. Pans are supplied by others.

Top is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel, with integral front marine edge nosing and rear backsplash. Spline bars are made of 12- gauge stainless steel and run front to back on both the left and right stainless steel sides for support and spline purposes. Interior sub-top made of 22 gauge 2BF stainless steel is made integral with the top by injecting 2.00" of high density polyurethane foam between the exterior and interior tops. As a standard 14-gauge cutting board brackets are attached to each side and house a 1.25" thick x 9.5" deep maple cutting board.

Top is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel, with integral front marine edge nosing and rear backsplash. Spline bars made of 12- gauge stainless steel and run front to back on both the left and right stainless steel sides for support and spline purposes. Interior subtop made of 22 gauge 2BF stainless steel is made integral with the top by injecting 2.00" of high density polyurethane foam between the exterior and interior tops. As a standard, 14-gauge cutting board brackets are attached to each side and house a 1.25" thick x 9.5" deep maple cutting board.
