Mobile All-Purpose Counters

Exterior Body is seamless, one-piece molded fiberglass, having perfectly smooth exterior surface with all corners fully rounded. The fiberglass reinforced polyester (F.R.P.) is molded with permanent color. Stress points are internally reinforced.

Description

Exterior Top
is constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel, welded, ground and polished into one integral unit. Top is fabricated with square exterior corners. Top has two die-stamped openings and is provided with hinged removable lids. Lids are constructed of stainless steel and have a rubber gasket seal.
Casters
Units are mounted on 5″ (12.7cm) diameter swivel casters with non-marking polyolefin tires and plate brakes. Overall height of caster assembly is 6″ (15.2cm).
Interior Lining
at the cashier’s end is 18-gauge stainless steel, with a stainless steel bottom shelf. Unit has an 16.5″ x 16.5″ x 5″ (42cm x 42cm x 12.7cm) stainless steel cash drawer with lock and key.

Spline bars are made of 12- gauge stainless steel and run front to back on both the left and right stainless steel sides for support and spline purposes. Interior sub-top made of 22 gauge 2BF stainless steel is made integral with the top by injecting 2.00" of high density polyurethane foam between the exterior and interior tops. As a standard 14-gauge cutting board brackets are attached to each side and house a 1.25" thick x 9.5" deep maple cutting board.
