Drop-In Ice Cooled Cold Pan

Description

Exterior
Top of 18 gauge stainless steel with one die stamped opening with raised edges for models N225P and two die stamped openings with raised edges for models N227P. Each opening is fitted with insulated, folding, lift off cover. Clear lid option available and sold seperately per opening.
Refrigeration System
Condensing unit mounted below freezer compartment on 16-gauge steel frame, self contained refrigeration using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Standard with 8′ cord and plug.
Interior
Freezer compartment has 22-gauge stainless steel interior. Compartment sides are wrapped with refrigeration lines. Insulation on sides and on bottom is high-density closed-cell polyurethane. Unit is designed to maintain -5° F to 40° F (-21°C to 4°C). Cabinet capacity is 6 gallons for models N22P and 12 gallons for models N227P.
Stainless Steel Louver
A stainless steel louver, 13″ (33 cm) x 25″ (63.5 cm), is supplied for field installation. The cutout size for the louver is 12″ (30.48 cm) x 23.50″ (59.68 cm).

DSLRRT1-S Roll-Thru

Refrigeration system: All components are mounted to the top cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone and are assembled as one piece and can be removed as one piece. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used. System has the capability of maintaining between 36˚F and 38˚F in heavy use food service operations. Utilizing a variable speed compressor, the system provides maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Control system uses adaptive defrost to assure evaporator coil is free of ice and operating at optimum efficiency. Evaporator condensate is eliminated using an energy efficient hot gas system.

Units are completely insulated with high density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
