Description

Exterior
Top is one piece 18-gauge stainless steel. Exterior housing is 24-gauge galvanized steel.
Interior
Interior liner is 22-gauge stainless steel and is creased to 1.00″ (3cm) diameter drain. Unit has a sectional, removable perforated stainless steel false bottom. Stainless steel holding clips and adapter bars are provided to allow placement of 12″ x 20″ (30cm x 51cm) pans. Unit is supplied with 1″ (3cm) plastic drain to be installed by customer. Unit is insulated with high density closed cell environmentally friendly polyurethane.
Refrigeration System
Condensing unit is suspended below the cold pan on a 16-gauge steel frame and uses R290 refrigerant. Temperature control has ON/OFF position to shut down cold pan. Unit has an 8′ (2.4m) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Stainless steel louver
A stainless steel louver is provided for field installation on the front of the cabinet, 4″ below top of counter; cutout dimension for each is 12″ x 23.5″ (30.5cm x 59.7cm). A second opening 11″ x 22″ (28cm x 56cm) at the rear of the cabinet should be provided at installation to allow for proper air circulation.
