Drop-In Self-Contained Frost Top

Description

Exterior
Top is one piece stainless steel. Top has a drain trough and 2.00″ (5cm) overhang around perimeter. Top is elevated 1.68″ (4cm) above counter surface. Refrigeration lines are secured to the underside of the top and insulated with high density environmently firendly closed-cell polyurethane. Exterior housing is galvanized steel.
Refrigeration System
Condensing unit is suspended below the frost top on a heavy duty steel frame and uses R290 refrigerant. Unit has an ON/OFF toggle switch, an 8′ (2.4m) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Stainless Steel Louver
Unit has (1) stainless steel louver provided for field installation; cutout dimensions are 12″ x 23.5″ (30.5cm x 59.7cm). A second opening at the rear of the cabinet must be provided at installation to allow for proper air circulation.

Refrigeration system: All components are mounted to the top cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone and are assembled as one piece and can be removed as one piece. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used. System has the capability of maintaining between 36˚F and 38˚F in heavy use food service operations. Utilizing a variable speed compressor, the system provides maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Control system uses adaptive defrost to assure evaporator coil is free of ice and operating at optimum efficiency. Evaporator condensate is eliminated using an energy efficient hot gas system.

Units are completely insulated with high density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
