- Inner Liner : Inner liner shall be water tight and constructed of 22-gauge stainless steel with a 1.00" (2.54cm) I.P.S. drain. Opening(s) shall have throat liners constructed of high impact plastic. Unit to be insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with a non-conductive breaker strip.
- Lid : Each opening shall have an insulated, stainless steel folding lid with aluminum liner, molded rubber edge and black plastic handles.
- Self Leveling : Each self-leveling mechanism shall be field adjustable by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs in the elevator housing inside the unit. The elevators shall be connected by removable platform carriers constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel.

Self contained milk coolers with air curtain
- Interior : shall be 22 gauge stainless steel. Cabinet shall be fully insulated with 2" (5.1cm) of high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane. Milk crates shall be self-locating in the interior with the use of divider assemblies. Divider assemblies shall be 16-gauge stainless steel. Unit shall have (2) 20-gauge stainless steel louvers, which shall be centered left to right on the front and rear of the equipment. A 0.75" (1.9cm) diameter valve shall be located at the bottom of the equipment, centered left to right, 4.75" (12.1cm) from the rear wall.
- Refrigeration System : shall use HFC-134a refrigerant. Refrigerant flow shall be controlled by an expansion valve. Cabinet shall maintain 36°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C) interior cabinet temperature at 100°F (38°C) ambient room temperature with lids closed for storage. Properly chilled food product shall maintain 40°F (4°C) for up to 2 hours when lids are open.
- Electrical Connections : shall be 115 volt, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit shall have an 8ÂÂÂ (2.4cm) long electrical cord and NEMA 5-15 P plug installed at the rear, 14" (30.5cm) from the left end, 6" (15.2cm) above floor.
