Mobile enclosed tray and rack dispensers

Cabinet top shall be 16-gauge stainless steel with all corners welded, polished and reinforced with heavy-gauge channels. Cabinet exterior panels shall be 20-gauge stainless steel.

Bottom shall be 14-gauge galvanized steel. Unit shall have (4) 4.00" (10.2cm) diameter polyolefin swivel casters (all locking), and non-marking gray bumpers at each corner.

Platform

Dispenser platform carrier shall be 18-gauge stainless steel and shall be removable for cleaning.

Extension Springs

Each dispenser shall be field adjustable by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs located inside the elevator housing.

APPLIES TO T/T2-H HEATED DISPENSERS

Heated dispensers shall have a stainless steel liner separated from the outer panels by 2.00" (5.1cm) of fiberglass insulation. Unit shall be supplied with 9' (2.7m) cord and plug as shown in the specifications table on reverse. Electrical connections shall be 120 volt, 60 hertz, and single phase.

Convection Heating Modules

Dispenser shall have one or two convection heating modules consisting of a single 700-watt heating element and fan motor, located in the center of the interior bottom cavity. Models 1014-1422 shall have one module; larger models have two modules. Air intake shall have a filter. Dispenser shall have an adjustable thermostat and an ON/OFF switch on the side of the unit. Unit shall maintain a temperature between 150°F-170°F (66°C-77°C).
