The Delfield Service Department is offering LIVE! online training opportunities.
Online training is free and easy to join! You don’t need to register or reserve any space as there is no limit to how many can join. Dates and details are provided below.
Once you’ve decided which section to attend, return here 15 minutes before the start of the training (all training times are EST time zone) and do the following to attend:

The Delfield Service On-Site Training seminar is designed to assist and improve service on the complete line of Delfield equipment. Specific equipment training is also available upon request by calling 800-733-8821 extension 59162 or e-mailing Jeffrey.Boakes@welbilt.com.

To become a Delfield Trained Technician
You must complete a series of quizzes. Each quiz has a supplemental video to watch if you think you may need a refresher on Delfield components. Each of these quizzes and videos can be found below.
The quizzes cover:
- R290 Refrigerant
- Carel Controls and their functions
- Delfield Specification Line Equipment
- ERC 112 Controls and their functions
Once you’ve completed all 4 quizzes with a passing score
Delfield will be notified and send you a Delfield Trained Technician Certificate! These certificates are sent out once a month, so there may be a delay from your completion to our email.

Completing the four quizzes successfully does not guarantee that you will become a Delfield Certified FAS. For further questions regarding trainings, certifications or having your company become a certified FAS, please email David DeFrane at David.DeFrane@welbilt.com.
