33″ Self-Contained Refrigerated High Performance Prep Table with LiquiTec® with Natural Convection – Sloped Mega Top Rail Refrigerator (2) 1/2 size pan capacity
Exterior top is constructed of one-piece 16-ga for BLSNP, 18ga for BSNP & FSNP stainless steel, with integral 6.4” nosing on BSNP & FSNP not square, as the top slopes from the nosing. BLSN is square, and about 11.5” at the rail section and 5.5” to the top of the marine edge on the work surface. Top has mechanically cooled LiquiTec® refrigerated cold pan. Unit is equipped with a separate expansion valve and on/off switch for refrigerated cold pans. Temperature in top opening maintains 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C).
Door(s): 22-gauge stainless steel exterior front, with a thermoformed ABS plastic interior liner.
Electronic control for base reads air temperature. Electronic control for rail displays temperature for set point purposes only. Display does not reflect air or product temps in unit. On/Off switch for rail is located on front nosing. On/Off switch for unit is located in rear of unit.
Electrical Connections: 115 volts, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit has a 8’ (2.4m) long cord and plug.
Refrigeration System: R290 refrigerant. Cabinet has (1) blower coil assembly with expansion valve. Refrigerated base maintains temperature of 36°F (2°C) to 40°F (4°C).

Refrigeration system: All components are mounted to the top cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone and are assembled as one piece and can be removed as one piece. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used. System has the capability of maintaining between 36˚F and 38˚F in heavy use food service operations. Utilizing a variable speed compressor, the system provides maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Control system uses adaptive defrost to assure evaporator coil is free of ice and operating at optimum efficiency. Evaporator condensate is eliminated using an energy efficient hot gas system.
Units are completely insulated with high density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
